Chris is a director of Dean and Dyball Limited as well as managing director of Dean and Dyball Construction. In this role he has overall responsibility for trading performance and additional specific responsibilities for staff recruitment and training, health, safety and environmental issues, and capital investment in plant and equipment. He joined the company in 1997 as regional manager in the south west and was appointed as MD in 2000.
Guy is a main board director as well as having overall responsibility for all pre-contract matters in his capacity as director of Dean and Dyball Construction. Other posts he holds include director of Dean and Dyball Developments, project director for the PFI vehicle Pevensey Coastal Defence Limited and framework director of the Westminster Dredging/Dean and Dyball JV set up for the Environment Agency’s NCF2.
Steve joined Dean and Dyball Construction in the position of commercial director in 1998. His responsibilities include all commercial, legal and procurement issues.
Paul joined Dean and Dyball Construction in 2002 and was appointed as managing director of Dean and Dyball Rail Ltd in 2005 at its conception. Paul has 30 years broad experience in civil engineering and has held senior executive positions in the industry for the past ten years. His rail experience, which totals 20 years, covers the periods of Network Rail, Railtrack and British Rail stewardships of the infrastructure and therefore he brings valuable knowledge and experience to his role.
Andy joined Dean and Dyball in 2002 as director of the Southern Region. In that time the business has expanded to include an office at Bagshot, in Surrey, to better serve the northern part of region and now incorporates a new office development to house the regional staff at Ringwood.
Andy joined Dean and Dyball Construction as regional building manager in April 2004 before expanding his role to that of operations manager and then taking on the position of regional director in October 2006. He is responsible for the South West Region, which includes the offices at Bristol and Exeter and covers an area from Lyme Regis on the south coast, up to Swindon and Gloucester, and all points south west.
Darren joined Dean and Dyball in 1993 and was appointed director of the Eastern Region in 2004. Since that time the region has expanded both geographically and in workload and has undertaken many prestigious building and civil engineering projects.
Richard joined Dean and Dyball in 2007 to develop the established Midlands Region. He comes from a mixed civils/building business, and has come up through the ranks from project management to regional director.
Neil is director of our regional office in Wales, a position he took up in 1998. Since 2000 he has played an active role at CECA Wales, holding the position of chairman for 18 months between 2003 and 2005.
