Dean and Dyball Directors


	Guy Hardacre BSc CEng MICE MCIWEM Guy is a main board director as well as having overall responsibility for all pre-contract matters in his capacity as director of Dean and Dyball Construction. Other posts he holds include director of Dean and Dyball Developments, project director for the PFI vehicle Pevensey Coastal Defence Limited and framework director of the Westminster Dredging/Dean and Dyball JV set up for the Environment Agency’s NCF2.
	Henry Flint BSc ACA Henry joined Dean and Dyball in the position of group finance director and company secretary in 1999. His responsibilities include all financial and accounting matters on behalf of the group.
	Bryan Taylor BA MRICS Bryan took up the role of development director in 2003 and leads the developments business. He has 15 years experience in the commercial development industry and has been responsible for acquiring, developing, funding and letting a wide variety of warehouse, hotel and office schemes. He is a board member of the Hampshire Economic Partnership Property and Investment Group.
	Alex Medhurst BSc DipSurv MRICS Alex joined Dean and Dyball Developments as a director in August 2006. Prior to that he spent 20 years as a commercial agent. His experience of industrial, office and mixed use developments is a valuable addition to the developments team.
