Paul joined Dean and Dyball Construction in 2002 and was appointed as managing director of Dean and Dyball Rail Ltd in 2005 at its conception. Paul has 30 years broad experience in civil engineering and has held senior executive positions in the industry for the past ten years. His rail experience, which totals 20 years, covers the periods of Network Rail, Railtrack and British Rail stewardships of the infrastructure and therefore he brings valuable knowledge and experience to his role.
Phil joined Dean and Dyball Rail as pre-contracts director in October 2005, following 22 years in the civil and rail engineering sectors. In this capacity, Phil manages the marketing, business development and estimating functions ensuring the right contracts are secured in line with business strategy and resource capability. He also has responsibility for the design management, planning and buying functions.
Mike joined Dean and Dyball Rail as operations director in August 2006. He has over 25 years experience in a broad range of civil engineering projects across the industry and around the world. As operations director, he is tasked with the development and growth of resources to provide an integrated and professional service to our clients, which will be grown further in line with our five year business plan.
Steve joined Dean and Dyball Construction in the position of commercial director in 1998. His responsibilities include all commercial, legal and procurement issues. He is also currently fulfilling the role of commercial director for Dean and Dyball Rail.
Peter was appointed to the board of Dean and Dyball Rail in a non-executive capacity. He has enjoyed a long and successful career as a contractor including holding managing directorships of both civil engineering and rail contracting businesses. He was the founder chairman of the Civil Engineering Contractors Association where he leads the National Rail Liaison Group and is currently serving as chairman. A former chairman of the Construction Confederation, Peter is currently vice-president of FIEC, the Brussels based European Construction Industry Federation.
