Dean & Dyball Civil Engineering Directors

Andy Crawford    BSc CEng MICE

Andy has been appointed managing director of Dean & Dyball  Civil Engineering having joined the business in 2002 as director of our Ringwood-based southern region. 

Guy Hardacre     BSc CEng MICE MCIWEM

As pre-contracts director, Guy has responsibility for the business development and estimating functions. He also holds the key posts of project director of Pevensey Coastal Defence Limited and framework director of the Westminster Dredging/Dean & Dyball JV set up for the Environment Agency’s NCF2.  

Darren Wootton     MRICS

Darren has been appointed commercial director of Dean & Dyball Civil Engineering. He first joined Dean & Dyball in 1993 and was appointed director of the eastern region in 2004.

Steve Wilson BSc

Steve has been appointed regional director of the southern region based out of our Ringwood office. Previously he had been responsible for all of the region's civil engineering contracts as regional civil engineering manager.

Mike Pickford MICE

As regional civil engineering manager in the south west, Mike was responsible for all of the region's civil engineering contracts. He has now been appointed regional director of the south west region based out of our Exeter office.

Dean Sporn BEng (Hons)

Dean has been appointed regional director of the eastern region based out of our Maidstone office. Previously he held the position of operations manager where he demonstrated his excellent technical knowledge on a wide range of major contracts, focussing on project delivery for client satisfaction.

Neil Beresford     MSc BSc CEnv CEng FICE

Neil is regional director of our Wales office based out of Swansea, a position he first took up in 1998. Since 2000 he has played an active role at CECA Wales, holding the position of chairman for 18 months between 2003 and 2005.
