Dean & Dyball Civil Engineering is one element of a consortium comprising Westminster Dredging, Dean & Dyball, JT Mackley and Mouchel Parkman that is called Pevensey Coastal Defence Limited. It was created in 2000 to undertake the very first flood defence scheme awarded in the form of a Public Private Partnership by the Environment Agency.
