Public Private Partnership

Dean and Dyball Construction is one element of a consortium comprising Westminster Dredging, Dean and Dyball, JT Mackley and Mouchel Parkman that is called Pevensey Coastal Defence Limited. It was created in 2000 to undertake the very first flood defence scheme awarded in the form of a Public Private Partnership by the Environment Agency.
