Trainees
Entry level training opportunities are available to all and range from school/college leavers through to graduates. Wherever you come in, you will receive comprehensive technical and on-the-job training. This will be supported by a structured personal development plan, drawn up together with your line manager, to assess your performance, progress and career objectives. In your first year of employment this will be reviewed after six weeks, five months and ten months.
